The Ant-Mote™ is designed for a ⅝” pole. That diameter pole works perfectly with a majority of top-rated nectar feeders for hummingbirds, oriole, and butterflies. Mounting directly to a pole is much more secure, more wind resistant, and you are less likely to find your feeder laying on the ground one morning.
Non-mechanical mounting makes it easy to position and install. No tools are required and a tight seal prevents ants from climbing up the pole.
No concerns about feeders not hanging straight. It’s easy to remove your feeder for cleaning and filling. No removal of the hanging hook when putting a feeder in the dishwasher. No concerns about stripping the feeder hook and bolt.
Compatible poles are readily available from most hardware and big box stores. We have also partnered with Erva to offer poles specifically designed for The Ant-Mote™.
