Products sold by D·A·Z Innovation Inc, including The Ant-Mote™ and The Ant-Mote™ Poles, are not eligible for return.

A limited lifetime replacement warranty covers these products. For product issues, please refer to our Warranty and Replacement Policy or contact us at info@theantmote.com with a brief description of the issue and images.

Warranty and Replacement Policy for The Ant-Mote™ and The Ant-Mote™ Pole:


Products sold by D·A·Z Innovation Inc, including but not limited to The Ant-Mote™ and The Ant-Mote™ Poles, are not eligible for return but are covered by a limited lifetime replacement warranty. 

To access this replacement option, please follow the steps:

  1. Email us to let us know that you need a replacement. 

    1. info@theantmote.com

    2. Write a brief description of the issue

    3. Add images

  2. We will write back promptly with the address to send your product.

  3. Once we have received your product, we will email you a link to purchase your replacement for a flat fee + shipping.

    1. $5.00 for The Ant-Mote only

    2. $15.00 for The Ant-Mote Pole only

  4. After your replacement order is received, your replacement will ship out within 24 hours, and you will be notified of the replacement status.
