For The Ant-Mote™ and The Ant-Mote™ Pole:


Products sold by D·A·Z Innovation Inc, including but not limited to The Ant-Mote™ and The Ant-Mote™ Pole, are not eligible for return but are covered by a limited lifetime replacement warranty. 

To access this replacement option, please follow the steps:

  1. Email us to let us know that you need a replacement. 

    1. info@theantmote.com

    2. Write a brief description of the issue

    3. Add images

  2. We will write back with the address of where to send your product.

  3. Once we have received your product we will email you a link to purchase your replacement for a flat fee

    1. $5.00 for The Ant-Mote only

    2. $15.00 for The Ant-Mote Pole only

  4. After your replacement order is received, your replacement will ship out within 24 hours and you will be notified of the replacement status.
